The office implements matters according to Article 3 of the Regulations for Establishing Irrigation Management Organizations.

The irrigation management organization processes matters as follows:

1. Distribution and management of irrigation water.
2. Maintains orderly use of irrigation water and guidance of irrigation working group affairs.
3. Construction, management, improvement and maintenance of irrigation facilities.
4. Disaster prevention and post-disaster response measures for irrigation facilities.
5. Personnel management of professional staff in irrigation management organizations (hereafter known as irrigation personnel).
6. Management of revenue earned from assets belonging to the Irrigation Activities Operational Fund.
7. Matters assigned by the competent authority and the Irrigation Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture.
