Administrative Region
This station is located at the foot of the scenic Bagua Mountain, at the northern end of the county. It connects to the Fenyuan Workstation in the east, bordering Jiushe, and to the Hemei and Lukang Workstations in the west. To the south, it connects with the Changhua City, Dapu, Cihtong, and Xiushui Workstations, with the Yangzicuo River drainage serving as the boundary. The northern boundary is marked by the Wu River, adjacent to the jurisdiction of the Taichung Management Office.

Irrigation Water Source
The primary irrigation water source is the Maoluo River, where a fixed dam was established in Futian Village, Changhua City. This dam serves as the intake point for the Dongxi No. 2 and No. 3 Canals, which supply water to a total of 28 main, lateral, and sub-lateral canals.

Irrigation Region
In Changhua City, the irrigation area includes 31 sections: Nangou Section and Subsection, Xishizi Section and Subsection, Ayi Section and Subsection, Ayi Section and Chaikengzi Subsection, Niuchouzi Section and Subsection, Niuchouzi Section and Zhongzhuangzi Subsection, Niuchouzi Section and Shanjiao Subsection, Niuchouzi Section and Xiabu Subsection, Ximenkou, Dapu, Duchuantou Section and Subsection, Nanxing, Zhangxing, Wanxing, Xiangshan, Sancun, Sheng’an, Zhuzhong, Gubao, Taihe, Jiadong, Jinma, Guyi, Zhangtai, Fengshan, Xiandong, Pinghe, Zhuanyao, Zhuxiang, Xinkuaiguan, and Futian.
In Hemei Township, the irrigation area includes 17 sections: Xinzhuangzi, Zhongliaobei, Daxia, Daya, Darong, Xinxian, Xinfa, Xinsheng, Jia'an, Jiazhao, Jiaqing, Dajia, Ganzhu, Hanqun, Zhongwei, Tangyou, and Fuma.
Altogether, the irrigation area covers 48 sections within Changhua City and Hemei Township. This region benefits from a mild climate, fertile soil, abundant summer rainfall, and plentiful water resources, making it a prime agricultural area in Taiwan. Additionally, government funding has been allocated to modernize the irrigation infrastructure, significantly boosting crop yields.

Irrigated Area
The station oversees a flatland irrigation area of 1,548 hectares, accounting for 3.5% of the total area under its jurisdiction.

Agricultural Production
The primary crop cultivated within this station’s jurisdiction is rice.
