Administrative Region
This station is located at No. 206, Ren'an Road, Hedong Village, Hemei Township (2nd Floor of the Fuma Building). It was formerly known as the Sigu Workstation and was renamed the Hemei Workstation on July 1, 1996.

Irrigation Water Source
The irrigation water source in this jurisdiction comes from the Fuma Canal, part of the Wu River system. The Sigu Canal serves as the main water conveyance line, starting from the Zhuyuan section of Hemei Township in the east, bordered by the Fuma Canal, and extending westward to the Taiwan Strait. To the south, it borders the Fanyagou and Touqiancuo Drainage Systems, while to the north, it is adjacent to the Tianwei Drainage System, which separates it from the Yuemei Drainage System under the jurisdiction of the Shengang Workstation. The terrain slopes from southeast to northwest, with a length of approximately 9 km from east to west and a narrower width of about 3 km from north to south.

Irrigation Region
The jurisdiction covers sections of central-west Hemei Township, Xianxi Township, and Eliao Village in Shengang Township, with an irrigated area of approximately 1,352 hectares.

Crop Types
The primary crop cultivated in this area is rice, with the majority of the soil consisting of sandy loam.
