Administrative Region
The irrigation area of this station extends from the Bizitou section of Ershui Township in the south (bordering Mingjian Township, Nantou County) to the Xingluo section of Tianzhong Township in the north (ending at the internal third drainage system). It is bounded by the Bagua Mountain Range to the east and Xiuren Intermediate Drainage to the west. The terrain forms a narrow, elongated plain that slopes from east to northwest. Apart from the sandy soil along the riverbanks, the soil is predominantly loam. The administrative region includes Ershui Township and Tianzhong Township.

The irrigation within this station’s jurisdiction relies on water from the Babao Canal.

Irrigation Region
As of October 2020, the station’s irrigation system covered 152 hectares from the Babao "Main Canal" water system, 44 hectares from the Babao "No. 1 Canal" water system, and 317 hectares from the Babao "No. 2 Canal" water system, totaling 513 hectares.

Agricultural Production
The primary crop is rice, grown in two cropping seasons. Other crops include guava, pomelo, white bitter melon, and yanzi eggplant.
