Administrative Region
The station is located at No. 116, Zhongzheng Road, Puyan Village, Puyan Township, which is the central point of the township. The irrigation system is divided into the Puyanpi Canal System and the Dalienpi Canal System.

Irrigation Water Source
Puyanpi Canal (Babao No. 1 Canal): The irrigation system starts from the rubber dam intake at Puyanpi and extends westward to the Hongjueliao rubber dam at Fuxing Station, southward to the Niupucuo Sluice Gate at Fuxing Station, and northward to the Dayou Drainage within the regional drainage system. Managed by 11 irrigation team leaders, this system covers approximately 9 km and irrigates an area of 860.56 hectares. The upstream water gate is the Liuzigou rubber dam at Yongjing Station, and the downstream water gates include the Taiwanguo rubber dam and Xincuo rubber dam at Fudong Station.
Dalienpi Canal (Babao No. 2 Canal): The irrigation system starts from the rubber dam intake at Dalienpi and extends westward to the Shiyinpi Sluice Gate at Xihu Station, southward to the Datu Drainage at Xihu Station, and northward to the Dongliao Drainage within the regional drainage system. With 8 irrigation team leaders, this system spans 7 km and irrigates an area of 726.29 hectares. The upstream water gate is the Shuangweipi rubber dam at Yongjing Station, and the downstream water gate is the Hongjueliao rubber dam at Fuxing Station.

Irrigation Region
The majority of residents within the jurisdiction are engaged in agriculture, reflecting a typical agricultural community. The land sections include:
Fuxing Township: Xiu'an Section (mostly under the jurisdiction of Fuxing Station).
Puyan Township: Heping Section, Chenggong Section, Guangming Section, Dongrong Section, Xindongrong (re-surveyed), Yongchang Section, Xinyongchang (re-surveyed), and Nanxing Section (mostly under the jurisdiction of this station, with some parts under Xihu Station).

Xihu Township: Sankuaicu Section, Sikuaisu Sub-section, Dongliao Section (mostly under Xihu Station), Daxi Section (mostly under Xihu Station), Zhongshan Section (mostly under Xihu Station), Fengshan Section, and Zhongdong Section (mostly under Xihu and Puxin Stations).
The irrigation area spans three townships, encompassing 16 land sections, with a total irrigation area of 1,586.85 hectares, all located within the downstream region of the Babao Canal.

Agricultural Production
The irrigation area features flat terrain suitable for double-cropping rice cultivation. Farmers in the region are hardworking, also growing vegetables and grapes. Known as the "Hometown of Glutinous Rice," the area produces glutinous rice twice annually. The rice is intercropped with peas, which have gained recognition throughout Taiwan. Cauliflower and green onions are the primary vegetable crops grown in the region.
