Irrigation Water Source
Irrigation water is drawn from the Babao No. 2 Canal Main Line. However, the river’s flow can be unpredictable, leading to frequent water shortages during the spring planting season, making it challenging to distribute water fairly among all the farms. To cope with this, many downstream farmers have dug shallow wells to supplement the water supply. This year, a large-scale rotational irrigation system continues to be used to manage the situation.

Irrigation Area
The station's irrigated area covers 1,277 hectares, with boundaries extending to the Donggou Branch Drainage in the east, the Qingfeng Canal Main Line in the west, the Qingshui River Branch Drainage in the south, and Yongbei Village in Yongjing Township in the north. The irrigation system includes parts of the Babao No. 2 Canal Main Line’s Xigou Lateral Canal and the New Erfen Sub-lateral Canal System. The irrigation region encompasses 17 villages in Tianwei Township and 9 villages, including Wufu Village, in Yongjing Township.
