Administrative Region
The jurisdiction of this station spans parts of five townships and cities in Changhua County: Huatan Township, Xiushui Township, Changhua City, Lukang Township, and Fuxing Township.

Irrigation Water Source
The station's irrigation water is sourced from the Zhuoshui River, which flows through the Babao Canal, Babao No. 1 Canal, and Shigou Drainage. The water level is raised by the Liucuopi Sluice Gate and Qingfengpi Sluice Gate to redirect return flows into the Liucuo Canal Irrigation System, Qingfeng West Canal Irrigation System, and Qingfeng East Canal Irrigation System. In areas where water resources are insufficient, supplementary irrigation is provided by pumping return flows from Shigou Drainage (using Sanxing Pumping Station, Yixing Pumping Station, Yixing Branch Pumping Station), the Yangzicuo River (using Qingpu Pumping Station, Citongjiao Pumping Station), and Qingfeng West Canal Pumping Station (to elevate the water level). Additionally, some irrigation water is supplemented by groundwater drawn from deep wells (#2, #55, #56, and #57).

Irrigation Region
The irrigation area is situated in the northern part of the Changhua Plain, one of Taiwan's five major plains. To the east, it begins at the Liucuo Sub-lateral Canal’s water intake, located near the west side of the Western Trunk Line in Huatan Township, close to the Huatan Workstation. It then extends through Lunya Village and Liucuo Village in Huatan Township and Xiushui Township, reaching Citong Village in Changhua City, where it meets the Yangzicuo River Drainage, bordering the Changhua Workstation. The southern boundary is defined by the Shigou Drainage, adjacent to the Andong Workstation, while to the west, the Maqiangou Drainage in Lukang Township forms the border, with the northern boundary delineated by the Toubian Canal and Yangzicuo River Drainage, neighboring the Lukang Workstation. The area is organized into nine irrigation teams, each responsible for a specific portion of the land. These teams include the Liucuo Canal First Team, overseeing 155.52 hectares, the Liucuo Canal Second Team with 149.98 hectares, and the Liucuo Canal Third Team managing 66.86 hectares. The Qingfeng East Canal Team covers 136.86 hectares, while the Qingfeng West Canal is divided among five teams: the First Team with 73.88 hectares, the Second Team with 117.45 hectares, the Third Team with 97.31 hectares, the Fourth Team with 97.01 hectares, and the Fifth Team with 50.09 hectares. Altogether, these teams manage a total irrigated area of 944.96 hectares, as of the 2022 update.

Agricultural Production
The primary crop in the irrigation area is double-cropped rice.
