Administrative Region
The station is located on Wenhua Street in Andong Village, Xiushui Township, near the Xiushui Morning Market.

Irrigation Water Source
Primary Water Source: The main irrigation water is sourced from the Babao No. 1 Canal’s East Canal System of the Zhuoshui River.
Supplementary Water Source: Due to the downstream location, where natural river flow is insufficient, return water is reused through drainage channels and sluice gates, including the Zengcuo Main Ditch 21 directed from the Fanshe Main Line and the Waipu Sub-lateral Canal directed from Pulunpi.
Underground Water Source: Deep wells (#004, #070, #036, #069, #076, #081, #114) and private wells dug by farmers.

Irrigation Region
The irrigated area covers approximately 1,443.42 hectares and consists of 11 irrigation teams. The area managed by this general irrigation workstation receives water from the Babao No. 1 Canal’s East Canal System. The region extends from the Xinxing Section and Daxi Section of Dacun Township upstream, through Xiushui Township and Fuxing Township, and ends at the Dongsheng Section of Lukang Township, where it connects with the Lukang Workstation. The terrain is long and narrow, stretching from southeast to northwest.

Agricultural Production
The entire irrigation area is used for double-cropped rice cultivation.
