Administrative Region
The station was originally established in 1937, with the initial location in Xiucuo Village, Fuxing Township. On November 8, 1979, it was relocated to No. 262, Section 5, Yanhai Road, Fuxing Village, Fuxing Township. Due to the Yuanlin Main Drainage improvement project, the station was moved again on November 30, 1998, to its current location at No. 61, Lane 201, Fujian Road, Xishi Village, Fuxing Township.
Irrigation Water Source
The primary irrigation water source is return water from regional drainage systems.
Irrigation Region
The jurisdiction covers the western plains of Fuxing Township, bounded by the Taiwan Strait to the west, the Lukang Trunk Drainage to the north (bordering Lukang Township), and the Yuanlin Main Drainage to the east, extending to the Niupucuo Drainage Gate in Yongping Village, Puyan Township. The southern boundary extends to the Xihu-Puyan Drainage, passing through the old Zhuoshui River to the Hanbao Drainage Main Line. The terrain slopes from southeast to northwest with a gradient of approximately 0.5%. The jurisdiction includes 14 land sections: Fulong, Fuyuan, Fulu, Fuxin, Funan, Fubao, Fujin, Fu’an, Yuanxing, Xiu'an, Wenchang, Guancuo, Niancuo, and Yongxing in Puyan Township, covering an irrigated area of approximately 1,522 hectares.
Agricultural Production
The soil is predominantly sandy loam, with rice being the primary crop, followed by vegetables and fruit trees.
