Administrative Region
The station is located at No. 140, Section 3, Xixia Road, Zunliao Village, Xizhou Township, Changhua County. Formerly known as the Xiashuipu Workstation, it was renamed the Xizhou Workstation on July 1, 1996. The station is situated north of the third sluice gate on the main line of the Cizipi Canal. It borders Ershui Township and Tianzhong Township to the east, Beidou Township to the north, Pitou Township and Zhutang Township to the west, and the north bank of the Zhuoshui River to the south.

Irrigation Water Source
The water source is drawn from the Zhuoshui River through the Cizipi Canal system.

Irrigation Area
The station's irrigation area primarily includes Xizhou Township, as well as parts of Pitou Township, Zhutang Township, and Beidou Township. It is located on the Zhuoshui River alluvial fan, where the soil is mostly sandy loam. The total irrigated area is 3,065 hectares, managed by 22 irrigation teams.

Agricultural Production
The main crop is rice, with guava, flowers, plants, vegetables, and sugarcane as secondary crops.
