Administrative Region
The station initially operated from Weicuo Village in Xizhou Township, at the former Beidou Irrigation Association site. The original office, a wooden structure dating back to the Japanese era, had deteriorated beyond usability. To enhance community service, a new office was constructed in August 1983, and operations were relocated to the present site on April 26, 1984.
Currently, the station's jurisdiction covers areas in Pitou Township, as well as parts of Beidou Township, Erlin Township, and Xizhou Township.

Irrigation Water Source
Water for irrigation is sourced from the Cizipi Canal. The main irrigation system includes the 11th and 14th lateral canals and the main ditch of Yuanpu Farm. On the south side, the 9th, 12th, and 13th lateral canals are also part of the system. The system also contains the 15th and 16th lateral canals, which draw water from the seventh sluice gate.

Irrigation Region
The irrigation area is bounded by the 7th lateral canal at the Xizhou Workstation to the east, Provincial Highway No. 1 to the south, the Jingpu Canal at Wanhang Station to the north, and the 4th drainage line at Yuandou Station to the west. The total length of the irrigation channels is 84,916 meters, with an irrigated area of 2,024 hectares.

Agricultural Production
All the fields are double-cropped, with rice being the primary crop, covering approximately 70% of the area. Secondary crops include vegetables and ornamental plants.
