Administrative Region
This station is located in the southwestern part of Changhua County, along the north bank of the Zhuoshui River. The jurisdiction extends eastward from Donghe Section in Pitou Township, southward to the embankment along the north bank of the Zhuoshui River, westward to the Yuliao River and Lushangcuo North Main Canal, and northward to Yuancheng Drainage. The administrative region covers Pitou Township, Xizhou Township, Zhutang Township, Erlin Township, and Dacheng Township.

Irrigation Water Source
The primary irrigation water source comes from the Zhuoshui River, specifically the Cizipi Canal system. Within the jurisdiction, the Yongji No. 2 Canal and Yongji No. 3 Canal serve as the two major irrigation channels. The Cizipi Canal Main Line features several significant sluice gates, including Waichaoyan Sluice Gate, Shuiwei Sluice Gate, Tiantou Sluice Gate, Fanziliao Sluice Gate, Xinzhuangbian Sluice Gate, and Neixin Sluice Gate. These gates channel water into the Yongji No. 2 Canal, Yongji No. 3 Canal, and other lateral and sub-lateral canals, supported by numerous manual sluice gates. Regular maintenance of the canal routes and oiling of the sluice gates are conducted to ensure smooth irrigation.

Irrigation Region
The Yongji No. 2 Canal and Yongji No. 3 Canal serve as the primary irrigation channels in this region. The area is characterized by flat terrain and soil composed of alluvial deposits and sandy loam from the Zhuoshui River. The main crops are double-cropped rice, with winter grains as a secondary crop.
The irrigation land sections include:
Pitou Township: Donghe Section (small portion).
Xizhou Township: Bade Section (small portion).
Zhutang Township: Xintian Section, Zhutang Section, Guangfu Section, Zhulun Section, Daicuo Section, Zhuzheng Section, Wuzhuang Section, Mianqiancuo Section, Yongji Section, Chang'an Section, Yong'an Section, Zhulin Section.
Erlin Township: Waizhu Section, Tianhe Section (small portion), Xiangtian Section, Litoucao Section, Wailuzhutang Section.
Dacheng Township: Youcuo Section (small portion).
This spans 20 irrigation sections across five townships. Except for the Wuzhuangzi and Mianqianzuo sections in Zhutang Township, most of the area has undergone farmland readjustment, resulting in well-developed irrigation, drainage, and agricultural road facilities. This has facilitated diversified crop cultivation, improved yields, and enhanced the quality of produce, significantly contributing to farmers' income and quality of life.

Agricultural Production
The fertile soil supports double-cropped rice as the primary crop. Farmers are diligent in cultivation, with two rice harvests per year and an additional crop in between. Other crops include vegetables, dragon fruit, and grapes.
