2024 Education and Training Activities for Chiefs of Water Resources Panel and Squad Leaders conducted by this Office were held in June 2024. The director, the deputy director and the chief engineer jointly led the trainees to Chiayi and Yunlin areas to visit agricultural, forestry, water resources facilities and other environmental education venues, including the Hushan Reservoir Environmental Education Park managed by the Central Region Water Resources Branch, Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Farmland Water Conservancy Environmental Education Park, Yunlin Management Office, and the Chukou Nature Center. It provided the chiefs of water resources panel and the squad leaders with new fields of view, and had them enrich professional skills through the visits, as well as bringing people closer to the land, connecting with people in real life, and strengthening the functions of grassroots organizations by means of site visits to water conservancy or environmental education venues related to agriculture.
