For the budget, accounting and statistic personnel serving at the Management Offices, Irrigation Agency, the Agency held two batches of seminars in budget, accounting and statistical work in the Fuhua International Exhibition Center, Civil Service Development Institute respectively on September 5 and September 9, 2024, purposing to advance their functional competency and implementation capacity. The Agency invited the Director of the Department of Budget, Accounting & Statistics, Taipei City Government, Cheng Jui-Cheng, to lecture on budgetary planning and implementation practices, Accounting Act, Financial Statement Act and related fields. Such courses were productive and stringent. The personnel serving at this Office became well versed in accounting-related laws and operating standards through such courses, as well as strengthening regulatory flexibility in performance of duty and increasing overall administrative efficiency of budget, accounting and statistical work.
