A report for duty event and an occupational safety and health course were held on December 2, 2024 for the newcomers, who have been selected through the 2024 Irrigation Management Organization Irrigation and Engineering Industry Selection Examination, to gain a deeper understanding of Changhua Management Office, Irrigation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, which inspired the staff's centripetal force, as well as alleviating their discomfort and reducing anxiety in the new workplace.
The activities included encouragement from the superior, introductions to each division’s affairs, and workstation operation introduction as well as hazard identification and control strategies at work, leading the newcomers to look around various divisions and sections in this Office Building at the end of the event, hoping to make it easier for the new staff to integrate into the big family of Changhua Management Office, thereby bringing about new liveliness to the Management Office, as well as becoming fresh troops of the Management Office.
