The national land, of which this Office had been in charge, was sold by public tendering or approved for specific sale in January through February this year, wherein the public tendering and price negotiation were processed in accordance with the “Tendering Instructions for Non-Enterprise Use Real Estate of Farmland Water Conservancy Activities Operational Fund” and “Instructions for Price Negotiation” specified by the Changhua Management Office, Irrigation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture. The result of the tender opening was that all five lots of land were successfully tendered and the winning tenders were announced in front of the public who participated in the tender and the price negotiation, successfully completing the tender opening and the negotiation process.
After the verification of non-water conservancy facility function carried out by the Management Division, the public’s request for the land purchase accepted by this Office was delivered to the Division for land subdivision, price assessment conducted by a real estate appraiser, review and approval made by the Land Valuation Division in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations Governing Revitalization of Non-Enterprise Use Real Estate of Farmland Water Conservancy Activities, which went through a process of price negotiation and public tendering after being approved for sale by the Irrigation Agency. The procedure was checked carefully at every step to make the disposition of the national land relatively fair and transparent.
