Changhua Management Office, Irrigation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture’s Senior Specialist Huang Shu-Hui led an evaluation team to the workstation to conduct an “On-Site Check and Verification” about 4 days on April 8, 10, 11 and 15, 2025 for the purpose of carrying out the “2024 Annual Performance Evaluation of the Workstation”.
Performance evaluation items are summed up from the eight major divisions and sections of this Office into four categories, which are management, finance, public work and administration, including written document check and verification (processing of canal patrol and irrigation impairment, processing results and data establishment of farmland water conservancy facilities used for other purposes, investigation and registration management of land encroached, construction design data collection and budget preparation and review, natural disaster management and tracking, petition resolution and timeliness, daily document management, fixed assets and financial supplies recording and management, personnel affairs report processing in accordance with regulations and completion within the deadline, etc.), and on-site check and review (items, such as posting of specification in business and published items, environmental greening and sanitation maintenance).
This “On-Site Check and Verification of Workstation Performance Evaluation” can further improve the greening and beautification of the workstation, as well as providing a friendly workplace, which enhanced the organization’s service quality and image in addition to promoting the employees’ physical and mental health. Furthermore, besides the bilateral communication and feedback on minor deficiencies during the check and verification process, it provided an opportunity to listen to the obstacles and difficulties in the workstation’s performance as well, thereby enabling the review items to better satisfy the Office’s needs.
