On February 2, 2026, the National Audit Office assigned Auditor Lin Ying-Fen of the Department of Education and Agriculture Audits to carry out an on-site audit inspection of this Office’s FY2025 financial revenues, expenditures, and final accounts. The inspection was conducted to assess the implementation of the Land Subsidence Action Plan and the enforcement of the “Operational Guidelines for Activation and Deactivation of Water Wells under Specific Solutions and Action Plan for Land Subsidence in Yunlin and Changhua Areas Implemented by Irrigation Associations”. Personnel from the Management Section provided explanations, responded to related inquiries, prepared the necessary documents, and accompanied the auditor during on-site inspections of water wells under this Office’s jurisdiction. The inspection was successfully completed.
