Civil Service Ethics Office, Irrigation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture convened the 2026 Integrity Promotion Liaison Meeting at this Office on February 2, 2026. In addition to participants from the Integrity Office, Irrigation Agency and supervisors as well as colleagues from the counseling offices of various management offices, the meeting also invited Specialist Hung Chih-Ao from the Integrity Department of Civil Service Ethics, Ministry of Agriculture to attend and offer guidance. Through policy-oriented perspectives, the Specialist furnished direction for the implementation of related duties, enabling participants to gain a more comprehensive and profound understanding of policy guidelines. This significantly contributed to advancing integrity-related work.
The meeting highlighted the three core functions—Prevention, Investigation, and Maintenance—planned by the Civil Service Ethics Office, Irrigation Agency, with guidance offices called upon to support their implementation. To enhance performance management, the agenda included a participatory workshop on the Audit Department’s Image Extraction and Comparison Module Software, allowing management offices to compare contractors’ performance photos, as well as strengthening audit methodology.
