In recent years, the three laws collectively known as the “Three Gender Equality Laws” — the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, the Gender Equality in Employment Act, and the Gender Equity Education Act — have been successively amended and have since been brought into force, substantially increasing administrative fines and strengthening criminal liabilities. Meanwhile, workplace bullying has also become a major focus of public concern. To strengthen awareness and understanding of these issues, this Office organized an educational training session titled “How to Prevent Workplace Sexual Harassment and Workplace Bullying” on March 27, 2026. Ms. Huang Chiu-Kuei, a former Director-General of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, was invited to serve as the lecturer. Through this training, we hope all colleagues will further raise their awareness of gender equality and work together to create an inclusive and positive workplace atmosphere.
