The Ethics Office of Irrigation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan held the 2022 “Anti-corruption and Fragrant Together”, a campaign for social involvement and administrative transparency, five times in rural communities in northern, central, southern and eastern Taiwan to promote the anti-corruption awareness. The event at the central region was held at Erlin Workstation of the Agency, featuring this year’s propaganda against vote-buying in “nine-in-one local civil servant election”. Meantime, the results of public sales (lease) of real property other than for business use were announced on the official websites of the administration offices of the Agency to make it clear that these administration offices are driving administrative transparent measures as well as for ease of online query by people, whereby to increase trust in the administration by these offices. The activity was held with specialists invited to lead the community residents to making handmade soaps that symbolize cleansing corruption. By visualizing the idea of civil servants’ ethics as fragrance and honor of flowers in the process of the activity, it is hoped to be able to blend the anti-corruption awareness into every people’s life, maximizing the effectiveness of the propaganda.
