The Office held “Briefing on Disposition of 15 Lots of National Land Including Lot No. 402-1, Rutian Sec., Erlin Township” at the Erlin Workstation on October 20, 2023. This briefing was specially organized on account of the people’s huge rights to land; the staff members on site, through face-to-face interactions with the public and answering questions on the spot, assisted the relevant landowners, whose land was adjacent to the foregoing national land, in understanding what the right of first refusal was and how to apply for the purchase of national land managed by this Office, as well as explaining what they would encounter in the future if they abandoned the right, as such people could understand and protect their rights and interests.
