In light of a large number of procurements in our Office and with the purpose of preventing colleagues from violating the law by reason of unfamiliarity with relevant regulations in the course of performance of a contract, we cordially invited Dr. Li Chin-Sung, who has great expertise in the Government Procurement Act and Theory and Practice of Contract Management, to discourse upon matters needing attention in procurement performance and contract amendment on March 27 this year (2024), as well as enumerating quite a few cases to discuss the causes and solutions of possible corruption risks. The lecture content was trenchant with a unique and practical insight. The colleagues listened carefully, and the lecturer garnered an enthusiastic response, which will be of considerable help to the colleagues when they perform related duties in the future.
